If you see earwax buildup, remove it with a soft brush or wax pick\/wire loop. If this doesn\u2019t work, check for blockages and replace the wax filter if necessary.<\/li><li><strong>If you hear feedback or whistling, <\/strong>you may not have inserted the device properly, or there may be earwax built up on the casing.<\/li><li><strong>If sounds are distorted or unclear, <\/strong>it may be because the battery is running low or is corroded; check and replace the battery.<\/li><li><strong>If sounds are too soft, <\/strong>you may simply need to turn up the volume or clean the device.
